This page explains which personal data we process when you use Just Meetings and which rights you have.

2. Overview
We process personal data only where this is necessary to run the platform, to handle bookings or based on your consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by an external provider within the EU. When you visit it, technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested page are processed and deleted after a short period.
4. Customer account
For a customer account we store your name, email address and, if you wish, a billing address. You can delete your account at any time in the settings.
5. Bookings
For a booking we pass your name, email address, period and number of attendees to the booked venue. We keep invoice data for the statutory retention periods.
6. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter card details directly with Stripe; we do not receive them. Stripe's privacy notice also applies.
7. Newsletter
We only send the newsletter with your consent, using double opt-in via Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
8. Cookies
We only set cookies that are technically necessary for sign-in and security. We currently do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent at any time.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
10. Changes
We update this privacy policy when our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
