These terms apply to the use of Just Meetings and to bookings of conference rooms through the platform.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all users of the Just Meetings platform operated by JustMeetings GmbH. Deviating terms only apply if we expressly agree to them.
2. Role of the platform
Just Meetings brokers conference rooms offered by hotels and venues. The rental contract for the room is concluded between you and the respective venue.
3. Booking
By completing the checkout you make a binding offer. The booking is confirmed as soon as you receive the confirmation email.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in full before booking. For business customers, prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. If you choose to pay later, the amount is charged at the stated time.
6. Changing a booking
You can change confirmed bookings in your account until they start, provided the new slot is available. The price is recalculated.
7. Cancellation
The cancellation terms are currently being defined. Until then our team will help you with any cancellation questions.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. The respective venue is responsible for the condition of the rooms.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
